Fine bresaola made from the renowned Japanese beef

The Japanese Wagyu breed, raised and fed in accordance with stringent standards, lies at the heart of the goodness and uniqueness of this marbled bresaola. Fats with high levels of monounsaturated fatty acids rich in Omega-3, which give the meat its marbled appearance, for an incredible, melt-in-the-mouth sensation on the palate. The added value of Wagyu meat (or Japanese beef) comes down to the conditions of well-being during the animal’s life, and its typical diet, which also includes rice flour, indeed the latter is mostly what makes the fat so white in colour and gives the meat its marbled appearance. Wagyu bresaola is ideal for the most special of moments, thanks to its delicate flavour.
