Fiocco della Valtellina is a typical prosciutto crudo of the Sondrio province, made with the finest pork thighs and the fundamental contribution of the mountain air, which is the key to its ageing. An authentic ham with a unique flavour, delicious and decisive, yet sweet on the palate, made using artisan processes so that it can be enjoyed alone, or paired with other excellent food products of Valtellina.
