Fiocco-Cheese rolls are made with some of the most delicious and typical ingredients of Valtellina: Fiocco della Valtellina prosciutto crudo and Fette della Valtellina cheese. Two mountain products for a gluten-free starter or snack, suitable for people with coeliac disease, ideal as a snack after physical activity or served with drinks in company.
