Equine bresaola

Equine bresaola, made from prime equine meat, is dark red in colour and has a compact consistency. Its intense and unique flavour is given by the rich flavour of the meat and aromatic curing blend. Delicious on the palate, equine bresaola is also a prime ally for your health, with excellent nutritional properties: it is rich in proteins, iron and B-group vitamins.
