Bresaola made using the finest certified Angus cattle

Meat obtained from the renowned Aberdeen Angus beef breed, from America, Australia and Ireland, is used to make this special bresaola, for refined palates. Prepared in accordance with ancient Valtellina tradition, Black Angus Valtellina distinguishes itself due to its decisive and intense flavour that arises from a special curing blend of aromatic herbs. The cold cut is soft on the palate, thanks to the marbling fat that characterises this particular meat.
