Italian meat, made in Italy, true to the Valtellina recipe: this is how Del Zoppo Italian Bresaola is made. Prepared according to the most ancient artisan tradition of Valtellina, 100% Italian bresaola is made with meat from cattle born and farmed in Italy to ensure livestock well-being, and natural ingredients like pepper, juniper berries, bay leaves, nutmeg and cinnamon, which give this cold cut its typical mountain flavour. For over 10 years, Italian meat bresaola made by Bresaola Del Zoppo has been further improved, thanks to the recent agreement with the Coldiretti Italian Farming Supply Chain, a further guarantee of the quality of its ingredients. It distinguishes itself due to its dark red colour and marbling fat, which exalts its softness on the palate.
