Eye Round bresaola, very low in fat

Eye round bresaola is made in Valtellina in accordance with the most ancient local tradition and specifications guaranteed and certified by the PGI mark. It is prepared from the anatomical eye round cut, one of the finest portions of the thigh, which distinguishes itself due to its low fat percentage, a quality that transfers to the end product: a noble bresaola that is pinkish in colour, with a highly compact texture.
