The sweet, fresh and light bresaola

Light bresaola bursting with flavour, from the silverside, an anatomical cut obtained from the rear part of thigh muscle. This quality prime cut is rigorously selected to make a cold cut prepared in accordance with Valtellina artisan tradition; fresh and fragrant. The slice presents subtle fat veinings, which exalt the soft consistency and enhance the bresaola’s flavours.
