Del Zoppo Organic bresaola, a premium product, quality certified by the PGI mark of Valtellina bresaola obtained from the beef topside cut. A culture of sustainability and respect for the environment are the main characteristics that have inspired us to make this bresaola using nothing but certified cattle from Organic certified farms. Softness, delicate taste, low in preservatives and a bright red colour are the main characteristics of Del Zoppo organic bresaola.
